He knows what a well-run bid process looks like, what a solid contract should include, and what the early warning signs of a troubled project feel like before most boards even realize something is wrong.

 Jerod brings over 25 years of construction industry experience to the table, and he's done nearly everything in it, from hands-on trade work to estimating, project management, contract negotiation, and construction defect analysis. That full-spectrum background means when the panel talks about what can go wrong with a contractor relationship, he has seen it from every angle, as the person doing the work, the person managing it, and the person called in afterward to figure out what went wrong and how to fix it.

 Del brings over 28 years of experience in project management, roofing, waterproofing, and building envelope consulting, and a résumé that spans everything from historic structures and public utilities to large-scale multi-family rehabilitations. As a Registered Roof Consultant and Registered Roof Observer, he's spent decades on the contractor oversight side of the table, which means when the panel talks about contracts, accountability, and what happens when a project goes sideways, Del has the credentials and the war stories to back it up.

 Ken has over 30 years of experience spanning landscape design, site drainage, building envelope remediation, forensic investigations, and full-cycle construction management, from scope preparation and estimating all the way through field supervision and project closeout. That breadth means Ken understands what a well-run project looks like at every stage, so he'll bring that perspective to the conversation on what boards should demand from their contractors before, during, and after the work is done.
