Her expertise includes selecting materials that meet budget and functional needs, overseeing the construction process, and guiding projects to successful completion. Samantha Oldham

Senior Community Manager, Trestle Community Management

Samantha Oldham, CMCA, AMS is a Senior Community Manager at Trestle Community Management as well as the Board President of her own HOA. She holds two current committee positions with WSCAI; Social Committee and the Business Partner committee with previously serving on the Outreach Committee. She has been a manager for over 6 years and involved with the industry for over 14. Samantha was selected for the Rising Star award in 2023 for her dedication and involvement to Community Management.

Andrea Goodmansen

Managing Member, McLeod Construction

Andrea Goodmansen is the co-owner of McLeod Construction, a general contracting firm specializing in building envelope and water damage repairs for community associations across the Puget Sound since 2005. She brings a wealth of industry leadership experience, having served on the WSCAI Board of Directors from 2019 to 2024, including as Board President in 2023. She continues to support the industry through her work on WSCAI’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee, helping communities navigate complex building challenges.
