Jim Kessler brings over 25 years of construction and consulting experience to the J2 Building Consultants team. As a Principal at J2 Building Consultants, Jim oversees operations in J2's western region and ensures excellence in all multifamily, commercial, retail, industrial, apartment, and condominium repair projects in Washington, Utah, and Oregon. Jim leads building envelope investigations, performs specialty tests like infrared surveys and window testing, conducts condition assessments, leads large-scale repair projects, and trains J2's project management team in all of these services.

Joe Dennison is an accomplished project manager based in Salt Lake City, boasting a decade of experience in the lumber and hardware industry, primarily gained through his tenure at a prominent retail lumber yard. With a solid background in building materials and their applications, Joe rose to the position of Hardware Store Manager, overseeing a team of 17 employees across multiple departments.
