KELLI GARLAND
Client Success Manager
Meet Kelli Garland, our exceptional Client Success Manager, whose warm personality and unmatched dedication make her an invaluable asset to the J2 team. Kelli has a passion for building strong, lasting relationships and a personal mission to provide "unreasonable" hospitality for even the most difficult requests. She effortlessly connects with clients, ensuring their needs are exceeded with the utmost care and attention.
Kelli's extensive experience in events management, relationship nurturing, and history as a kindergarten teacher, coupled with her innate ability to understand a person's unique needs, allow her to consistently delight our clients. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Kelli's infectious enthusiasm and conversation-starting outfits (how cool are those glasses?! Yes, they're prescription!) create a vibrant atmosphere within the team, fostering a sense of family with J2ians and clients alike.
At the office, you'll find a whiteboard above Kelli's desk that displays her personal goals and values, as well as J2's core values. Interacting with Kelli, you will find that she is unwaveringly committed to these values. Outside of work, you'll find Kelli reading up on the latest client delight books, enrolled in professional development seminars, serving her community, kayaking with her dog (Norman, the chiweenie), and creating elaborate arts & crafts (can you spot her duct tape rose hair accessory?)

Kelli is an ENFP Personality
ENFPs are outgoing, openhearted, and open-minded. With their lively, upbeat approach to life, they stand out in any crowd. But even though they can be the life of the party, ENFPs don’t just care about having a good time. These personality types run deep. Beneath their sociable, easygoing exteriors, they have rich, vibrant inner lives with a healthy dose of imagination, creativity, and curiosity.
ENFPs are people-people, and as far as the workplace is concerned, this quality shows through best among colleagues. More than just coworkers, ENFPs view their colleagues as friends, people who they take a genuine interest in, providing support and cheer when they’re down or stressed. People with the ENFP personality type are warm and optimistic, always searching for and usually finding win-win situations for everyone.
ENFPs listen to different viewpoints and suggestions not just with tolerance, but genuine excitement. Their ability to relax and have fun will always make them popular around the water cooler, but what sets ENFPs apart is that they can transition that popularity into natural leadership, instinctively picking up on colleagues’ motivations and pulling their teams together, pushing them forward towards whatever truth they've been tasked to find.
