ENTER TO WIN A FREE INSPECTION
Annual checkups are important for building health — don't miss the chance to get a free inspection!
🦃In the spirit of Thanksgiving and giving back to our communities, especially those with underfunded reserves, we are offering a Free Thanksgiving Rapid Visual Assessment to one community that needs it most in each of our markets.
This is a simple yet valuable visual inspection, perfect for Annual Inspections, confirming Reserve Study assumptions, or helping communities get back on the right track toward building health.
Unexpected or hidden building damage threatens your safety and your finances. Our building consultants will visit your building to perform a professional rapid visual assessment* of the exterior building envelope, giving you the peace of mind that comes with expert insight — at no cost to you.
We will begin inspections in January 2026. Our team will contact the winners for details and to set up the inspection. During the visit, we may take photos and videos to share the impact of this program and help other communities learn about building health.
To be considered, simply enter your building's information and share a short note about why you'd like a free inspection. This helps us understand your unique situation and ensure we can provide the most value where it's needed most, especially to communities working with limited resources.

Disclaimers
- This is a visual screening and does not replace a full structural or systems evaluation; J2 will recommend follow-up testing if needed.
- A rapid/visual inspection is not a full structural, mechanical, electrical or plumbing evaluation; it is a surface-level assessment of the building envelope and related weatherization functions. The report will note limitations and recommend further testing if needed. (Rapid Visual Inspections include 2-3 hours on site and Reports typically max 6 pages)
- Unless explicitly arranged, a visual inspection typically will not include invasive testing, destructive testing, or comprehensive performance testing — those are separate services or follow-ups. (If suspected damage exists, J2 will recommend and can scope invasive follow-up.)
