What we do & who we are
We do a little bit of everything but we aren't contractors. We are a multi-disciplinary team dedicated to diagnosing, designing, and delivering the right repair strategies for your condo, multifamily, or commercial property.
Who we serve
We work with condominiums, multifamily apartments, large single-family homes, commercial buildings, healthcare facilities, places of worship, schools, and government buildings. Our clients include building owners, tenants, contractors, and insurers.
Our specialty is building envelope design and performance — siding, roofing, and waterproofing systems. We handle everything from initial inspections and forensic investigations to designing repairs, obtaining bids, and overseeing the work to make sure it’s done right this time. Our deep experience also allows us to serve as Expert Witnesses in construction-related claims involving building damage.

What Makes us Different from Contractors?
We get this question a lot. Think of it like this: the building consultant is your Building Doctor. We diagnose the issue, prescribe the treatment plan, and guide you and the contractor through the recovery. The contractor brings the skilled hands that carry out the work. Both are essential.
