WE ARE BUILDING DOCTORS

Our process for healing your sick Apartment / Townhome / Condominium Community or Commercial Property consists of three clear and simple steps: diagnose, prescribe, and treat.

STAGE 1

DIAGNOSE

We investigate, interview, review building history, and create a plan to help you understand what is wrong with the building.

STAGE 2

PRESCRIBE

We develop a scope of repair based on your budget, code requirements, and extent of the damage, and we get your input on updating the look of the building to increase property values.

STAGE 3

TREAT

We act as your representative during the repairs and help you oversee the construction and repairs to your building. J2 will guide the repair process to make sure your project is completed correctly, on-time and within budget.
