We are always creating new educational offerings and the Gold package will have first and free access.

1. This is a supplemental service package, not to be blended with standalone proposals or contracted work. Those work items will have a dedicated project manager and scope of work that includes project specific  communication.
2. This is a membership, meant for you to use these services as desired, as opposed to a J2 requirement of "2 inspections per year", etc. You are expected to reach out to schedule these offerings, and it is "use it or lose it" per renewal cycle.
3. You can cancel services anytime, but initial or annual payments are non-refundable. Pausing services is possible, just ask. Upgrading to another package just changes the monthly and initial payment amounts.
4. Payment will be monthly recurring, via ACH or CC, and auto-renewed until cancelled.

Exclusions:

1. Legal Services: J2 Building Consultants does not offer legal services or advice. Clients should consult with a qualified attorney for legal matters.
2. Ongoing Specific Projects: The service provided by J2 Building Consultants is intended for monthly ongoing support and is not suitable for ongoing specific projects. Specific project requirements should be discussed separately and dealt with through your designated project manager.
3. Scope Limitation: The service is limited to general support and guidance and does not include detailed project planning, construction documents, engineering opinions, management, or execution.
4. Geographic Limitations: Some services included in the subscription may be limited to our geographical service area. We are happy to substitute virtual services wherever possible for customers outside of our service area.
5. Regulatory Compliance: While we aim to provide guidance on regulatory matters, J2 Building Consultants does not guarantee compliance with all local, state, or federal regulations with this consulting or advising service. Clients and their Contractors are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
6. Financial Advice: This service does not include financial advice or planning. Clients should seek advice from a qualified financial advisor for financial matters.
7. Emergency Situations: J2 Building Consultants does not provide emergency services. Clients should contact appropriate emergency services in case of emergencies.
8. Liability Limitation: J2 Building Consultants shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the service.

By purchasing the service, clients acknowledge and agree to these exclusions.
